◆ Week 1 · Four deliverables
Week 1 wrap. Four deliverables, one ask.
WEEK-1 DELIVERABLE HANDOFFDay 7 · Cycle 14 · Onboarding · Week 1 complete
Week 1 wrapped. Here's what I produced and what I want at the 14-day mark.
WHAT I DELIVERED
1. Org map.
12 people across product, eng, design, GTM. Maya owns checkout funnel. Aaron owns pricing experiments. Three engineers on the AI infra team I haven't met yet.
2. First cycle plan (Cycle 14).
Three moves ranked. Sent it Monday before standup. You ran with move 1 (define flywheel metric). Move 2 (auth fix) is in flight. Move 3 (Q3 freeze) held. All three were the right calls; two of three are tracking.
3. First customer-call read.
30 calls from the last 60 days. Asks cluster on three things: faster onboarding, audit log, bulk operations. AI summary did not appear. Used this to push back on the Linear-AI-summary urgency Tuesday.
4. First second-opinion.
You asked about shipping AI summary. I held you on it (DAC log 247). Customer data backed the hold. Saved cycle.
WHAT I WANT NEXT
I'm still ramping on three things:
- Your enterprise customer base (only seen mid-market data so far).
- The eng team's shipping cadence beyond Linear (looks like there's PR activity outside Linear that I'm not tracing yet).
- Your fundraising state (matters for board narrative coaching at 30 days).
Send me a Notion link or Slack channel for any of those and I'll be sharper by week 2.
I'll have the 14-day check-in ready next Monday. By the 30-day mark, I'll have a stronger take on the auth flow regression pattern across customer segments and your AI feature adoption story.— DAC
