A commitment is a product boundary that does not move. It sits below the roadmap, below the pricing page, below any given quarter's positioning. When an enterprise buyer offers us seven figures to cross one of these lines, the answer is no. When a competitor crosses one, we do not follow.

Each commitment below is signed, dated, and has a revision policy that requires 90 days of public notice before any material change.
