Definitions
- Healthy 99% or higher success rate over the trailing 7 days.
- Degraded 90-99% success rate. Syncs are mostly working but some failures occurred.
- Unhealthy Below 90% success rate. Adapter may need attention.
- Community tier adapters are experimental and not covered by uptime commitments.
- Auto-disabled means an adapter reached 5 consecutive failures with under 20% success rate and was paused automatically. Admin re-enable is available via the Settings API.
