F2 design-partner beta
Apply to shape the Dev Lifecycle framework.
F2 (Dev Lifecycle) is the second of three DAC frameworks. It covers 34 tasks across 6 stages: from Specify and Constrain through Learn and Compound. Three cross-cutting concerns (Token Economics, Role Fluidity, and Cognitive Debt) run through every stage.
F1 (ProdOps Intelligence) and F3 (Product Diagnostic) are live for all teams. F2 is in design-partner beta with our first 10 teams.
As a design partner, you get early access to the F2 diagnostic, direct input into how the framework is scored and weighted, and a founding-team relationship with Dacard. In exchange, we ask for two feedback sessions and honest signal data.
