Refund Policy

Dacard, Inc. ("Dacard", "we", "us") offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid Dacard.ai subscriptions. This page explains who is eligible, what gets refunded, and how to request one.

What is covered

  • Pro and Business monthly and annual plans. If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund the most recent payment in full. No questions about why.
  • One refund per account. The 14-day window starts on your first paid charge and applies once per account, not per renewal.

What is not covered

  • Enterprise contracts. Refunds and termination are governed by your Master Services Agreement.
  • Add-on packs already consumed. Score packs, API packs, extra seats, extra sources, and extra products are non-refundable once any of the included units have been used.
  • Renewal cycles after the first 14 days. Renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.

How to request a refund

Email billing@dacard.ai from the email on the account, with the subject line "Refund request". Include the account email and the date of the charge. We process refunds within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns the funds to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after that.

What happens to your data

When a refund is issued, your subscription drops to the Free tier and Free retention rules apply: artifacts older than 30 days drop off. You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where you left off, as long as the artifacts are still within the retention window.

Cancellation versus refund

You can cancel any paid plan at any time from settings, billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. A cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. If you cancel within the first 14 days and want the most recent payment refunded, follow the refund-request steps above.
